Returns & Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the user to test the suitability of the product for its intended use. Our liability is limited to the amount of the product supplied.

1. We do not have the policy to exchange the supplied materials until unless it is found to be defective.

2. Returns & Refunds are applicable only on defective products, issues have to be communicated to info@studioceramique.in

3. Shortages in the material received either due to lesser quantities supplied or due to defective packaging or due to mishandling by the logistics provider, matters have to reported within 4 working days of receiving the material with sufficient data and photographs communicated to info@stduioceramique.in.

4. All decisions regarding the refunds, returns and shortage fulfillment are at the sole discretion of the company pertaining to the data and proofs regarding the same which has been communicated.
