Returns & Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the user to test the suitability of the product for its intended use. Our liability is limited to the amount of the product supplied.

Rest of the matter as given below :

1. We do not have the policy to exchange the supplied materials unless it is found to be defective.
2. All issues have to be communicated to info@studioceramique.in within 7 days of receipt of the materials with sufficient data and photographs to initiate any returns and refunds.
3. All decisions regarding the refunds, returns and shortage fulfillment are at the sole discretion of the company pertaining to the data and photographs communicated.
4. Shortages in the material received either due to lesser quantities supplied or due to defective packaging are within the purviews of our responsibilities. We are NOT responsible for any any shortages due to the mishandling of the material by the logistics provider. However, the matter will be taken up to the notice of the logistics provider with the data and photographs communicated to us.
